1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not a special order or final sale item (marked as “non-returnable” at checkout).
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Note: Some items, such as live plants, fish, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for more details.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Portal on vilnor.xyz/returns.
- Enter your order number and email address associated with your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Follow the instructions provided to complete your return request.
You will receive a return shipping label via email after your return is approved. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, please follow the steps below:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- Attach the return shipping label provided to the package.
- Ship the item back to us using the carrier specified in your return instructions.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a notification via email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you used a gift card or store credit for your purchase, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend processing a return for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges at this time.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. To expedite the process, please send photos of the damaged or defective item to our customer service team at support@vilnor.xyz.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Live plants, fish, or perishable products.
- Items marked as final sale at checkout.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
